Privacy Policy

1. Overview

RS Annex Ltd respects your privacy. This policy explains how information may be handled when you use Pack the Barn on iPhone or iPad.

Pack the Barn does not require you to create an RS Annex account and RS Annex does not ask you to provide your name, postal address or telephone number in order to play.

2. Advertising

Pack the Barn may display advertising supplied by Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device or app identifiers, IP address, advertising interactions, diagnostic information and other data required to provide, measure, limit fraud and, where permitted, personalise advertising.

The exact data handled by Google can depend on your device settings, region, consent choices and the type of advert served. 3. Consent in the UK, EEA and Switzerland

Where required by law or Google's advertising policies, Pack the Barn may use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or another Google-certified consent management platform to request your choices before certain advertising data is processed. Depending on the message shown, you may be able to consent, decline consent or manage individual options.

You can also change relevant privacy and tracking permissions through iOS/iPadOS Settings. If Pack the Barn offers an in-app privacy choices entry, you can use it to reopen applicable consent options.

4. Apple's App Tracking Transparency

If Pack the Barn requests permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, iOS will display Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt. You can allow or deny that request. You can later change the setting in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Declining tracking does not prevent you from playing the game, although advertising may be less personalised.

5. Local game data

The game may store information such as settings, progress and high scores locally on your device. Local data is used to operate the game and is not necessarily transmitted to RS Annex.

6. Diagnostics and platform services

Apple, Google advertising services or other system services integrated into the app may process technical and diagnostic information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. This can include crash information, device characteristics and performance data used to maintain or improve reliability.

7. Children

Pack the Barn is designed as a general-audience casual game. RS Annex does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to RS Annex through the game. Advertising and consent behaviour may vary according to the age rating, territory, platform requirements and advertising configuration used in the released version.

8. app-ads.txt and advertising transparency

RS Annex publishes an app-ads.txt file at the root of its developer website to identify authorised digital advertising sellers for its apps. The file can be viewed at rsannex.com/app-ads.txt. It does not contain player personal information.

9. External links

The game or this website may link to third-party services such as Apple or Google. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and RS Annex is not responsible for their independent processing practices.

If you have a privacy question about Pack the Barn or information held directly by RS Annex, contact rsannexltd@proton.me. Because Pack the Barn does not require an RS Annex account, RS Annex may have little or no information with which to identify a particular player.

This policy may be updated when the game, advertising configuration or applicable requirements change. The latest version will remain available on this page.
