Herd Match Tumble is published by RS Annex Ltd. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in this policy mean RS Annex Ltd.

Information we collect directly

Herd Match Tumble does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, telephone number or contact list. Game settings and scores may be stored locally on your device.

Advertising and third-party services

The app may display advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, general device information, ad interactions and approximate location derived from an IP address. This information may be used to deliver, limit, measure and improve advertising, subject to your device settings and any consent choices shown in the app.

Google acts under its own privacy terms. You can manage tracking permissions in iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and may also manage personalised advertising through your Apple and Google settings where available.

Analytics and diagnostics

Apple may provide us with aggregated App Store, performance and crash information when users choose to share analytics with developers. This can include device type, operating-system version and technical details about a crash. We use this information to maintain and improve the app.

Children

The app is designed as a general-audience puzzle game. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information directly to us. Parents and guardians should review the device's privacy, advertising and purchase settings.

Data retention

Locally stored game information remains on the device until it is removed by the app, the user or the operating system. Information processed by third-party services is retained according to those providers' policies.
